I first reached out to TJ from a Facebook ad. I’m always skeptical when I connect with someone this way and had reached out to 2-3 other breeders that just didn’t feel right. TJ was so willing to communicate and is a wealth of knowledge. From the beginning it was obvious that her goal was a positive experience and a good placement for her birds. Even before I purchased any birds from her she was eager to help with my current birds, and provided information and answer questions for me.
After I decided to purchase some chicks from her, she went above and beyond to make sure I would be successful and to make sure I get exactly what I wanted. She was very open and upfront about what she could provide, and when things beyond her control changed, she called immediately to discuss options. We had some obstacles to overcome including a very lengthy trip for my chicks that involved 3 separate people helping to get them home. TJ made sure they were happy, comfortable and safe for their journey and went out of her way to help facilitate their transport even when she had her own obligations to attend.
