Why Peafowl?
Great Farm Lookouts - they will warn the farm dogs about predators. Help the flock intimidate the areal predators away.
Rat/mice, sparrow, & vole control - Eats less then chickens!
Snake control - even rattlesnakes!
Tick/bug control - lower the chances of Lyme disease.
Once transaction takes place, we are not responsible for losses & do not give refunds. Please make sure you are educated on this magnificent bird. Easy to keep, though if you kennel them, they need at least 20x20kennel run that is at least 8ft high, as their tails can be that long during mating season, and they need room to dance. Perches, and shade should be provided, and they love to cool off in a small swimming pool, during these hot summer days. They are a flock bird minimum 2 required, though 4 is always recommended.
They look magnificent & finding feathers is fun. 🪶 Feathers naturally shed after mating season, and can be great for fishing, fly swatting (in car), arts & crafts, and even gifts. Feathers for sale as well!
